The Role

We are looking for a hands-on IT Specialist to support day-to-day IT operations across our U.S. offices. This is a practical, execution-focused role with strong exposure to senior stakeholders, including Partners, and collaboration with our Australian IT team.

  • Administer and support Microsoft 365, including user provisioning, licensing, security, and collaboration tools
  • Manage endpoints (Windows laptops/desktops), onboarding/offboarding, and equipment setup
  • Support and administer Rightworks, including user access, permissions, and integrations
  • Coordinate with third-party IT vendors and managed service providers
  • Support IT aspects of new office onboarding and integrations
  • Assist with cybersecurity best practices, including MFA, endpoint protection, and access controls
  • Support practice management, document management, and collaboration platforms
  • Manage IT requests using a ticket-based support model
  • Coordinate with the Australian head office IT team to ensure alignment on platforms and standards
  • Support AI and automation initiatives, including:
  • User access and permissions for AI tools (e.g., Copilot, AI research tools, automation platforms)
  • Ensuring security, licensing, and compliance requirements are met
  • Assisting with rollout, configuration, and user support for AI-enabled tools
  • Maintain IT documentation, procedures, and operational records

Who You Are
  • 3-5+ years of hands-on IT experience, preferably in professional services or a multi-office environment
  • Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Windows OS, user access, and license administration
  • Rightworks experience (user management, permissions, integrations) required or strongly preferred
  • Comfortable supporting Partners and senior stakeholders
  • Familiar with cloud-based SaaS environments
  • Experience working with external IT vendors / MSPs
  • Good understanding of AI-enabled workplace tools and how they are deployed and supported
  • Solid grasp of cybersecurity fundamentals
  • Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset
  • Organized, reliable, and execution-focused

Experience with accounting platforms (QuickBooks, Xero, Thomson Reuters, CCH) is a plus.
