We’re looking for candidates who have experience managing automation-focused opportunities, including RPA, AI, agentic workflows, and web application development. They must be able to hit the ground running and fully support our transformation efforts.
Key Responsibilities & Expectations
We need Scrum Masters who can:
· Manage four or more Scrum teams and ensure effective delivery across all squads
· Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews/demos, backlog refinement, retrospectives)
· Coach, train, and guide teams on Jira usage and Agile best practices, especially important as we’ve just migrated from Azure DevOps
· Help standardize and streamline processes across teams to improve flow and predictability
· Drive a shift from a waterfall mindset to a true Agile mindset, reinforcing Agile principles daily
· Support teams in removing blockers quickly to maintain delivery momentum
· Escalate risks and issues proactively with leadership
· Ensure teams stay on track with commitments and deliverables
· Lead planning activities, including backlog refinement, story sizing, sprint planning, and longer-term forecasting
· Coach teams on Agile concepts such as user story definition, acceptance criteria, estimation, and iterative delivery
· Champion continuous improvement and help transform the team—not just maintain existing processes
