ROLE SUMMARY: We are seeking a Senior Manager to support Engineering's key strategic initiatives, strengthen cross-functional business operations, and lead the coordination and evolution of the Engineering-wide dashboard. This role brings structure, clarity and analytical insight across Engineering, operating at the intersection of business management, engineering practices and senior leadership forums. You will help run the Engineering Business Manager Council, shape how data and operational insights are consolidated, and support teams in preparing aligned inputs for leadership discussions.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING: Key Strategic Initiatives - Analysis & Coordination:
- Support analysis and information-shaping that underpins Engineering's key strategic initiatives and long-term direction.
- Partner with Architecture, Cloud, Engineering Practices, Platform and divisional teams to prepare structured assessments, options and recommendations.
- Analyse adoption trends, performance insights and opportunities across Engineering to enable better decision-making.
Engineering-Wide Dashboard:
- Lead coordination and evolution of the Engineering-wide dashboard.
- Define its structure and user experience with data owners.
- Drive alignment on metric definitions, expectations and reporting standards.
- Run monthly dashboard review rhythms.
Business Management Council & Alignment:
- Operate the Engineering Business Management Council cadence with clear agendas and follow-ups.
- Reduce duplication and improve clarity of cross-Engineering asks.
- Maintain and prioritize a backlog of operational topics.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING: Essential:
- Business operations, engineering, technology or consulting experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-structuring skills.
- Ability to produce concise senior-facing materials.
- Experience coordinating dashboards or insights products.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities.
Desirable:
- Familiarity with cloud, platform or engineering tooling.
- Experience with operational excellence or process improvement.
- Understanding of financial, operational or engineering metrics.
- Experience in strategy setting and execution

Compensation/Benefits Information: LSEG is committed to offering competitive Compensation and Benefits. The anticipated base salary for this position is $107,100 - $178,500.
Please be aware base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, city and state. In addition to our offered base salary, this role is eligible for our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP/"bonus plan"). Target AIP rates will be commensurate with role level and posted career stage. Individual salary will be reflective of job related knowledge, skills and equivalent experience. LSEG roles (excluding internships and part-time roles of less than 20 hours per week) are typically eligible for inclusion in our LSEG Benefits program, which includes offerings of: Annual Wellness Allowance, Paid time-off, Medical, Dental, Vision, Flex Spending & Health Savings Options, Prescription Drug plan, 401(K) Savings Plan and Company match.
