Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced RPA Automation Engineer / Product Specialist 5 to design, develop, and optimize Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions using the UiPath platform. The consultant will work closely with business and IT stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing solutions. This position will also be responsible for developing and maintaining SharePoint Online solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain end-to-end RPA workflows using UiPath.
• Develop advanced and scalable automation solutions using UiPath Automation Hub, Orchestrator, Studio, Studio Web, and Insights.
• Analyze business processes and translate business requirements into technical specifications and automation logic.
• Build reusable automation components and support complex RPA solutions.
• Create and optimize complex SQL queries supporting automation and data operations.
• Debug complex workflows and perform root-cause analysis, break-fix, and continuous improvement activities.
• Maintain RPA bots, dashboards, integrations, and automation components.
• Develop and maintain SharePoint Online solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, platform owners, and process owners.
• Apply Agile and Lean methodologies to manage backlogs, prioritize work, and deliver iterative improvements.
• Identify new opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Establish standards for automation development, documentation, coding practices, value measurement, and governance.
• Create technical designs and detailed technical specifications.
• Manage multiple project streams, timelines, risks, and delivery milestones.
• Communicate project risks, issues, and mitigation strategies to stakeholders.
• Follow SDLC processes and enterprise technology standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Master s degree preferred.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience architecting, designing, developing, and implementing RPA solutions using UiPath.
• 2+ years of RPA Solution Architect experience.
• 3+ years of experience developing and maintaining SharePoint Online solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
• 8+ years of software application development and implementation experience.
• Extensive experience with UiPath and advanced UiPath features.
• Strong knowledge of programming, software design, and coding techniques.
• Strong experience creating technical designs and specifications.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with both business and technical teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience using AI technologies such as OCR/ICR, Chatbots, Machine Learning, and Natural Language Processing.
• Experience with OCR data extraction processes.
• Knowledge of REST and SOAP APIs.
• UiPath Automation Developer Professional (ADP) Certification.
• UiPath Automation Solution Architect Professional (ASAP) Certification.
• UiPath Agentic Automation Professional Certification.
