Role Descriptions:
SAP DRC e Invoicing Implementation
Design and configure SAP DRC eDocument Framework for country specific compliance needs Implement end to end e Invoicing and statutory reporting processes| including document generation| validation| submission| and status monitoring Configure DRC cockpit| mappings| validations| and formatsas per local regulations
Regulatory Compliance
Localization Translate local legal and tax mandates into SAP DRC configurations Support compliance requirements such as real time clearance| clearance-based invoicing| periodic reporting| and archival Track regulatory changes and ensure timely system updates Integration
Technical Coordination
Ensure seamless integration of SAP DRC with FI| SD| and MMprocesses Support interfaces with government platforms via SAP BTP SAP Integration Suite (as applicable) Analyze and resolve issues related to XML JSON structures| AIF monitoring| and message errors Testing| Deployment Support Support SIT| UAT| Mock Runs| Cutover| Go Live| and Hypercare activities Perform issue analysis| defect resolution| and coordination with SAP OSS where required Provide post go live production support and stabilization Documentation
Stakeholder Management
Prepare and maintain functional specifications| configuration documents| and compliance documentation Work closely with business stakeholders| tax teams| and external vendors
Conduct user training and knowledge transfer sessions
Must Have Technical Functional Skills
SAP S4HANA or ECC Finance (FI) AR| AP| VAT| Tax SAP DRC eDocument Framework configuration e Invoicing e Reporting solutions XML JSON message handling AIF (Application Interface Framework) End to end testing support (SIT UAT)
