Role:Sr. Physical Security Architect

Job description
Architect end-to-end physical security solutions including access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and PSIM integration for enterprise clients across commercial, healthcare, government, and critical infrastructure verticals
Lead discovery assessments and site surveys to document existing infrastructure, identify gaps, and develop phased security roadmaps
Develop complete design packages including schematic designs (SD), design development (DD), construction documents (CD), and issued-for-construction (IFC) drawings
Review, amend, and approve Methods of Procedure (MOPs) and Deployment Guides developed by the Sr. Physical Security Engineer prior to client delivery
Author statements of work (SOWs), bills of materials (BOMs), and technical specifications for physical security engagements
Collaborate with client account executives and sales engineers to qualify opportunities, respond to RFPs, and build winning proposals
Present solution recommendations and design options to client stakeholders including CISOs, Facilities VPs, and IT leadership
Evaluate and recommend physical security technology platforms based on client requirements, interoperability needs, and total cost of ownership
Partner with engineering teams during implementation to ensure designs are executed to specification; provide technical oversight from pre-construction through commissioning
Maintain and grow relationships with client s physical security vendor partners including Genetec, Lenel/LenelS2, Software House, Axis, Avigilon, and Milestone
Mentor the Sr. Physical Security Engineer and other practice team members on design methodology, platform capabilities, and client engagement best practices
