The Role
This role is seeking an A.I. Systems Analyst with 5–7+ years of experience supporting business and technology teams through requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution design. The position focuses heavily on analyzing AI-related business use cases, partnering with product managers, and helping guide requests through governance, prioritization, design, and development processes. Candidates should be comfortable working directly with stakeholders, quickly learning new business domains, and translating current-state processes into future-state solutions that deliver measurable business value. Strong communication, organizational, and presentation skills are essential, along with the ability to simplify complex findings for leadership and business partners.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with data analysis and reporting tools such as SQL, Snowflake, Oracle, Power BI, and Tableau, along with the ability to use data to validate ideas, measure AI solution performance, and define success metrics. Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and predictive modeling is preferred, though direct experience is not mandatory if the candidate is actively building related skills. The role also values intellectual curiosity, initiative, consultative partnership skills, and the ability to collaborate across multiple business channels while supporting both associate and client-focused needs.

Must Have:

• 5-7+ years of experience in a business/systems analyst role where you can clearly demonstrate strong interview skills, requirements definition and strong organizational skill
• Intellectual curiosity, initiative, and love for learning new skills and capabilities
• Ability to quickly develop domain knowledge to support our associates and clients directly in matters related to their use case needs
• Definition of current state and ability to drive ideal future state into requirements and design with your team
• Perform data driven analysis to test ideas/hypothesis for AI and identify appropriate quality and success metrics for solution health and business value measurements
• Hands-on expertise using tools and technologies such as SQL, Snowflake, Oracle, Power BI, and Tableau
