Job Title: Triage Engineer
Introduction: As a Triage Engineer at International Solutions Group (ISG), you will play a crucial role in the IT services team. You will be responsible for providing high-quality solutions in the areas of networking and broadband, building customized solutions for clients, and ensuring the smooth operation of systems.
Responsibilities:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science/electronics or related field
- 6+ years of development experience with Linux and embedded devices
- Strong development and scripting experience (Shell, Python scripts)
- Perform end-to-end system debugging across Linux-based platforms and networking layers
- Strong knowledge in Networking, TCP/IP, Wi-FI standard, TR-069, SNMP, Docsis, etc.
- Develop anomaly detection techniques and data-driven solutions
- Design and enhance operational tools to improve system performance
- Analyze telemetry and field data to generate actionable insights
- Utilize AWS technologies for data management and visualization
- Lead cross-functional teams, mentor colleagues, and communicate technical insights effectively
- Knowledge of C, C++, Java
