Must Have Skills:
8+ years of experience in Master Data Management, with a focus on Informatica MDM. Hands-on experience with MDM Hub, MDM Console, and IDQ.
Strong understanding of data modeling, data integration, and data quality concepts.
Experience with Informatica MDM, Informatica Data Quality, and Informatica PowerCenter.
Experience with data integration and ETL processes.
Proficiency in SQL and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Perl)
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Detailed Job Description:
In this role, we are seeking an experienced MDM Functional Lead/Analyst to support and drive Master Data Management (MDM) initiatives across the enterprise. The role focuses on end-to-end data journey mapping, MDM process design, stakeholder collaboration, and delivery tracking. Experience with Informatica S360 is highly desirable and will be considered a strong advantage.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the technical design and implementation of Informatica MDM solutions, including data modeling, data quality rules, matching and merging rules, and workflow automation.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Design and develop MDM data models, workflows, and user interfaces.
Ensure data quality and consistency across the MDM system by implementing data validation and cleansing processes.
Manage and mentor a team of MDM developers and analysts.
lead and mentor a team with mix of onshore and offshore team members.
Conduct performance tuning and optimization of MDM solutions.
