Title: Technical Program Manager (Federal Compliance)
Location: Remote
Duration: 6-month contract (Potential for extension up to 12 months)

The Role
Client AI Solutions is seeking a Senior Technical Program Management consultant (External contributor) to provide expert-level project management for a 6-month compliance initiative. The engagement focuses on the technical alignment of UAIS infrastructure with federal security frameworks (e.g., NIST 800-53/FedRAMP). You will serve as the primary technical bridge between our external consulting partners and internal stakeholders to ensure the delivery of a federal-ready environment.

Key Deliverables & Responsibilities

Technical Mapping: Translate federal security requirements into actionable technical specifications for infrastructure and security teams.
Project Delivery: Manage the project lifecycle for the "Design" and "Build" phases, ensuring all milestones meet the federal authorization roadmap.
Technical Liaison: Facilitate communication between external consultants and internal UAIS engineering to ensure documentation and evidence requirements are met.
Security Control Guidance: Advise on the technical implementation of security controls required for high-baseline environments.
Artifact Production: Lead the development and delivery of technical evidence and documentation required for federal audit and Authority to Operate (ATO) processes.

Requirements

7+ years of TPM experience in cloud-scale compliance.
Proven FedRAMP/DoD IL authorization experience.
Expert NIST 800-53 knowledge
