JOB DESCRIPTION:

Business Analysis & Solution Design: 11+ years of experience gathering and translating retail banking and payment requirements into functional specifications for Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance, Customer Service, Payments), supporting end-to-end process optimization.
Delivery, Integration & Quality: Proven expertise in Azure DevOps backlog management, integration of Dynamics 365 with core banking systems and payment gateways, and leading UAT/testing to ensure regulatory-compliant, high-quality solutions.
Banking Domain & Compliance Leadership: Strong domain knowledge in payments, card processing, and banking operations, with hands-on experience ensuring compliance with PCI DSS, data privacy regulations, and delivering user documentation and training.
