Position Summary
4Consulting, Inc is seeking a qualified Project Management Specialists to support technology consulting, application development, systems analysis, testing, data management, cybersecurity, infrastructure, or project delivery services for client projects. The selected candidate will perform duties consistent with the client’s project requirements and company delivery standards.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The candidate will be responsible for:
- Develop and manage comprehensive program plans covering scope, schedule, cost, quality, staffing, communication, risks, issues, dependencies, and resource requirements.
- Lead execution of SAP transformation initiatives, including migrations from on-premise SAP S/4HANA environments to SAP RISE Cloud and modernization of SAP analytics environments.
- Coordinate project meetings, stakeholder communications, status reporting, action tracking, documentation, and cutover activities to maintain alignment and delivery momentum.
Minimum Qualifications
The position requires:

Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience
|
7–10 years of experience as a Project or Program Manager leading complex technology programs using formal methodologies such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall, preferably including SAP transformation initiatives.

Technical Skills
|
SAP S/4HANA, SAP RISE Cloud, SAP Business Data Cloud, Program Management Tools, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Microsoft Office

Business / Domain Skills
|
Program Management, Cloud Transformation, SAP Modernization, Project Governance, Risk & Issue Management, Stakeholder Management

Communication
|
Ability to communicate with technical and business stakeholders.

Ability to prepare project documentation, status updates, and deliverables.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Sponsorship may be considered where permitted by company policy and project requirements.

Preferred Qualifications
- PMP certification and experience managing large-scale SAP finance, ERP, analytics, or cloud transformation programs.
- Hands-on experience directing SAP HANA Analytics modernization to cloud-based data platforms and managing multi-phase SAP migrations.
