Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Systems Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for entry level candidates or individuals starting their career in business analysis.
Responsibilities
· Assist in gathering and analysing system requirements
· Document system specifications, workflows, and business processes
· Support the design, testing, and implementation of IT systems
· Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure requirements
· Participate in system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities
· Help create user manuals and training materials for end-users
· Support project teams in tracking system development progress
Qualifications:
· Master''s or Bachelor’s degree in any field
· 0–2 years of experience.
· Good communication and documentation abilities.
· Basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting tools.
· Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
