The workAs the Senior Application Developer specializing in SAP BW on HANA, you will leverage your expertise to guide and support your team through complex data modeling and development tasks. This role is responsible for the full life cycle from requirement gatherings, design, development, test, deployment to support.
Key responsibilities:- Meet with the business users to qualify requirements
- Lead routine aspects of the position and report to project leadership
- Develop solutions related to SAP Business Intelligence/Data Warehouse including SAP business warehouse back-end components and structures including InfoObjects , ODSs, and InfoCubes to meet business requirements
- Design, develop, and optimize current reports based on user requirements
- Responsible for budgeting, staffing, forecasting and work planning
- Manage a team, including mentoring and training junior team members
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP BW on HANA, making key decisions and providing strategic direction across multiple teams
- Create and develop robust SAP BW on HANA data models, data stores, calculation views, and table functions, to meet business requirements
- Work closely with various IT and business teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP BW on HANA with other IT components
- Provide expert technical guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring high-quality outcomes
- Conduct thorough system testing and troubleshooting to enhance performance and reliability
- Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation to facilitate knowledge transfer and ongoing support
- Design and implement scalable solutions for large data volumes (terabytes of data) and complex reporting needs
- Utilize advanced SQL skills for data analysis and problem-solving.
Here's what you need:- 5+ years of experience with SAP BW on HANA Data Model
- 5+ years SAP BW/4HANA Back-End development experience
Nice to have:- Bachelor's degree in a related field

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
