Our client is looking for an Application Support Specialist to provide end user PC, software, and courtroom Audio Visual support and troubleshooting for staff and users.
Tasks:
· Respond to and resolve technical issues for staff
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
· Ability to LEARN the Agency’s application, and other Court specific technologies including courtroom audio visual/recording equipment, with the aim of supporting users in their everyday use of systems.
NOTE: Position will be on-site 5 days a week in Troy, MI. Full or partial remote is not an option.
Location: Troy, MI
Contract: 1-3 years
Skills Required:
1-3 years of experience in the following:
· Experience providing end user PC support to users.
· Experience providing software support to users.
· Experience troubleshooting systems
· Experience with Zoom
· Experience with Adobe Acrobat
· Experience with MS Office
Skills Desired – A plus to have:
· Experience troubleshooting court Audio Video broadcast/recording technology such as JAVS, BIS
· Experience with Document Management Systems, such as Courts MiFile solution
· Knowledge of SharePoint
