Job Description:

• The Consultant – Mobile AI Developer Enablement is a specialized consulting role focused on supporting enterprise adoption of AI-assisted developer tools within native mobile development environments.
• This role provides strategic and hands-on expertise for integrating AI developer tooling into iOS and Android workflows, ensuring mobile engineering teams can effectively leverage approved tools while maintaining enterprise standards.
• Combining mobile architecture knowledge, technical consulting, proof-of-concept development, and enablement strategy, this position helps organizations modernize mobile development workflows and improve developer productivity through AI innovation.

Day to Day Job Duties:

• Assess mobile-specific technical requirements for onboarding and enabling AI-assisted developer tools across iOS and Android environments
• Build proof-of-concept integrations, technical validations, and reusable implementation patterns for native mobile workflows
• Support API, SDK, and developer tool integration into enterprise mobile applications and development pipelines
• Collaborate with client stakeholders, platform teams, and mobile engineers on architecture, technical constraints, and rollout strategies
• Create documentation, implementation guidance, and operational best practices for sustainable mobile AI tool adoption

Basic Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in native mobile development with iOS (Swift) and/or Android (Kotlin)
• Experience integrating APIs, SDKs, or enterprise developer tools into mobile applications or workflows
• Strong understanding of mobile app architecture, testing, debugging, performance optimization, and release management
• Working knowledge of Git workflows, CI/CD pipelines, and enterprise mobile development processes
• Proven ability to develop proof-of-concept solutions and clearly document technical recommendations
• Strong stakeholder communication and ability to work across mobile, backend, and enterprise platform teams
• Interest or exposure to AI-enabled tooling and developer productivity solutions

Travel:

• Onsite role in Montreal with limited travel based on business requirements

Degree:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mobile Engineering, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AI-powered developer tools or ML-enabled mobile development solutions
• Exposure to enterprise mobile security, compliance, or governance standards
• Ability to support both iOS and Android development ecosystems
• Prior consulting or professional services experience
• Experience with developer enablement, enterprise tool rollouts, or technical transformation initiatives
