As a Senior Salesforce Developer, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions that meet our clients'' needs. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop customized applications, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems. Your expertise in Salesforce will be key in driving project success and delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain Salesforce applications and solutions to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
• Implement Salesforce best practices, coding standards, and development methodologies.
• Perform data migration and integration tasks between Salesforce and other systems.
• Build and manage reports, dashboards, and other analytics tools within the Salesforce platform.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Salesforce applications and processes.
• Mentor and lead junior developers, providing guidance and support in their development efforts.
• Stay updated on Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends to continually enhance solutions.

Skills and Tools Required:

• Strong experience in Salesforce Development, including Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce API.
• Proficiency in Salesforce configuration and customization, including workflows, process builder, and approval processes.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture, data modeling, and security best practices.
• Experience with integration tools and data migration techniques (e.g., Data Loader, Mulesoft).
• Familiarity with Salesforce development tools such as Salesforce CLI, Workbench, and Visual Studio Code.
• Knowledge of web technologies, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST/SOAP APIs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Developer, Architect, or Admin are a plus.

• Experience designing and developing Apex REST services
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud / Communities
• Salesforce developer/consultant certifications
• Experience handling high volume data and migration of relational data between Salesforce boxes

You are Responsible for:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align development with business objectives.

To succeed in this role – you should have the following:

• Proven experience in Salesforce development, including Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
