Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with strong experience in Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and Salesforce CPQ. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions that support business processes, especially in sales and quoting workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop custom solutions using Apex, LWC, and Aura Components
• Build and enhance Salesforce CPQ configurations including pricing rules, product rules, quote templates, and approvals
• Develop scalable, high-performance applications on the Salesforce platform
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs
• Customize standard Salesforce objects and create custom objects, workflows, flows, and validation rules
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, admins, and architects to translate requirements into technical solutions
• Perform unit testing and support UAT and production deployments
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
• Follow best practices for coding, security, and performance optimization

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in Salesforce development
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  • Apex (Triggers, Classes, Batch, Queueable)
  • Lightning Web Components (LWC)
  • Salesforce CPQ (SteelBrick)
• Experience with SOQL, SOSL
• Knowledge of Salesforce Flows and Process Automation
• Experience with Sales Cloud
• Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and security model
• Experience with version control tools (Git) and CI/CD pipelines
• Good problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Certifications:
  • Salesforce Platform Developer I/II
  • Salesforce CPQ Specialist
• Experience with integration tools (MuleSoft, REST APIs)
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Exposure to DevOps tools (Copado, Gearset, Jenkins)

Nice to Have

• Experience with Billing or Revenue Cloud
• Knowledge of JavaScript frameworks beyond LWC
• Experience in enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations
