Position: SAP Operation Support

Location: Lake Mary, FL - Hybrid

Duration: Long Term

 

Job description:

Primary skills

  • Experience using SAP S4 HANA Vistex
  • Strong domain expertise in pricing structures and membership agreements
  • Experience in reviewing and interpreting complex legal and commercial contracts
  • Knowledge of supplier contracting, bid awards and customer eligibility criteria
  • Ability to manage and govern supplier and customer pricing agreements
  • Strong business analysis and compliance validation skills
  • Experience handling pricing, membership and contract-related escalations within SLAs
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional business stakeholders
  • Strong analytical skills to identify risks, gaps and trends in pricing and membership data
  • Experience in business-facing roles, no system configuration or technical development
  • Technical Skills Secondary Nice to have NOT MANDATORY
  • Exposure to SME level reviews of partner and supplier agreements
  • Experience collaborating with Business Intelligence teams on operational and management reporting
  • Knowledge of process improvement and operational efficiency initiatives
  • Experience managing work queues and team-level task coordination
  • Ability to contribute to strategic or intercompany pricing initiatives
