On behalf of our retail and supply chain industry client, Dice Talent Solutions is seeking a Senior Product Manager to lead critical product initiatives across their Intelligent Product Platform, from supply chain visibility, digital twin creation to authentication and consumer experiences. You'll help define product vision, drive strategy, and build roadmaps that align with our company's ambitious growth trajectory.
As a senior leader, you'll work cross-functionally with Engineering, Design, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to deliver products that delight customers and drive business impact. You'll also play a key role in shaping our product culture, establishing best practices, and contributing to the growth of our product organization. This role offers significant opportunities for growth and expanded leadership responsibilities as the company scales.
This full-time (direct hire) position is based out of New York City, NY, and works a HYBRID schedule.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Vision
- Help define and lead product strategies for platform components, ensuring alignment with company vision and market opportunities.
- Develop compelling product roadmaps that balance customer needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility.
- Identify and evaluate new market opportunities, competitive threats, and emerging technologies.
- Drive strategic product decisions based on data, customer insights, and business impact.
- Represent product vision and strategy in leadership meetings
- Create frameworks and benchmarks to help refine KPI s going forward
Product Development & Execution
- This is an existing product with 100+ paying customers, initial focus will be on collecting information and documentation of the current state and developing a roadmap for the enhancement of this product.
- Lead (future) end-to-end product development and enhancements on existing products from concept through launch and iteration.
- Create clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Partner closely with Engineering and Design teams to deliver high-quality products on schedule.
- Prioritize the product backlog, making strategic trade-offs between competing priorities.
- Monitor product metrics and KPIs to measure success and inform future iterations.
- Drive organizational enablement through demos, training, documentation, and collateral.
Customer & Market Insight
- Engage directly with customers, prospects, and partners to understand needs and validate solutions.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform product positioning and differentiation.
- Translate customer feedback and market insights into actionable product requirements.
- Champion the customer perspective in all product decisions.
Required Experience & Skills:
- 5+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record of successfully defining, launching, and scaling excellent products that drive measurable business results.
- Deep experience with product lifecycle management in agile environments, partnering effectively with Engineering and Design teams.
- Strong technical familiarity with SaaS web applications, APIs, and modern software architectures that enables meaningful technical discussions.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically while executing tactically.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision-making approach.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder product initiatives.
- Strong product intuition and ability to balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
- Experience working with enterprise customers and complex B2B sales cycles.
- Excellence in both written and verbal communication across all mediums.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of RFID technology (preferred).
- Experience with IoT, connected products, or physical-digital integration technologies (preferred).
- Hands-on technical background in software development (SaaS, APIs, HW/SW integration)
