Description : Client is seeking an experienced Epic certified Principal Trainer in Resolute HB & PB to lead the development, delivery, and maintenance of role-based training programs and training environments (MST) across our Epic ecosystem. 

Required Epic Certifications (must be current at time of hire)

• Resolute Hospital Billing Curriculum Certification
• Resolute Professional Billing Curriculum Certification
• TED105 – Training Wheels Behind the Scenes Certification
• TED300 – Training Environment Build Certification

Curriculum & Content

• Design, develop, and maintain role-based training content for Epic using Microsoft Office and other tools.
• Build comprehensive instructional materials and classroom exercises; maintain related policy and procedure documentation.
• Incorporate stakeholder feedback to continuously improve training programs and administration processes.
• Learn new Epic content areas; consult with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Training Environment (MST)

• Assist with building, refreshing, and testing MST training environments; validate workflows and roles.
• Provide environmental support, troubleshooting, and coordination with technical teams.

Delivery & Facilitation

• Co-facilitate classroom instruction with other trainers; assist learners during hands-on exercises.
• Prepare lessons, print materials, and set up rooms/environments prior to sessions.
• Present information clearly—both verbally and in writing—to diverse audiences.
• Follow up with trainees outside the classroom and offer additional support.

Educator & Mentor

• Serve as an expert educator to state staff.
• Train-the-trainer: credential and coach additional classroom trainers as needed.
• Teach technical topics to staff and end users when required.

Planning & Administration

• Manage application assignments by prioritizing work, creating schedules, and adhering to timelines.
• Support curriculum and training development for third-party applications as needed.
