This entry-level marketing role supports dealer marketing operations by coordinating marketing assets, reporting, budgeting, and creative processes. The position plays a key role in ensuring the effective execution of marketing programs, maintaining asset inventory, and supporting financial and operational workflows. The ideal candidate is highly organized, analytical, and capable of managing multiple priorities while collaborating across teams. This role contributes directly to the success of dealer marketing initiatives and overall brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities
- Procure, schedule, and facilitate distribution and updates of dealer point-of-sale materials, including marketing materials and showroom assets
- Manage ordering, storage, and fulfillment of marketing assets for dealer networks and track return on investment
- Prepare and analyze quarterly and monthly marketing reports, including key performance metrics and dealer marketing plans
- Support budgeting processes, including planning, forecasting, and financial tracking for marketing initiatives
- Coordinate and manage creative review and approval processes across internal teams and external partners
- Ensure compliance with IT security policies and proper handling of confidential information
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure proper retention of business records
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or Advertising Experience
- 2 years experience in marketing and/or marketing communications
- Excellent communication skills - both written and oral
- Working knowledge of the Porsche brand
- Extremely well organized; excellent attention to detail
- Strong team player
- Works independently, without frequent direction
- Strong analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Strong project management skills

- Self-starter, capable of establishing priorities, and ability to work independently
- Possess business acumen and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with employees, vendors, and dealer personnel

Additional Details
The base range for this contract position is $20.02 - $25.02/ per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered.
