Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SCM Functional Lead to own and drive end-to-end technology enablement across the SCM-P2P domain. This role will act as a strategic IT partner to the business, leading solution design, integration, and platform optimization across SAP S/4HANA and enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Platform Ownership

• Own the technology landscape across SCM-P2P processes
• Ensure seamless integration across SAP and connected platforms (CRM, WMS, eCommerce, Finance systems)

2. Business Partnership (IT-Led)

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define and refine requirements
• Translate business needs into scalable and standardized technology solutions

3. Solution Design & Delivery

• Lead process design, requirements gathering, and solution architecture
• Work with engineering teams to deliver scalable and high-quality solutions
• Support enterprise integrations and transformation initiatives

4. Enterprise & Global Consistency

• Drive global process standardization and platform reuse
• Reduce duplication and ensure consistency across regions and systems

5. Roadmap & Optimization

• Define and manage the technology roadmap
• Focus on automation, simplification, and reducing total cost of ownership (TCO)

6. Integration & Data Alignment

• Ensure seamless integration across ERP, CRM, WMS, and external systems
• Collaborate with data teams to ensure data quality and consistency

7. AI & Innovation

• Identify opportunities for AI-driven and data-driven improvements
• Drive innovation and process optimization across the domain

8. Governance & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to architecture, security, and audit standards
• Participate in governance and design review forums

9. Vendor & Partner Management

• Manage system integrators and technology vendors
• Oversee SLAs, delivery quality, and performance

10. Platform Performance & Continuous Improvement

• Monitor system performance and user experience
• Drive continuous improvements across platforms

Required Skills

Core Expertise

• SAP S/4HANA (Strong hands-on experience)
• SCM (Supply Chain Management)
• Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
• Record-to-Report (R2R) processes (PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 exposure)

Enterprise Systems

• Integration with CRM, WMS, eCommerce, and Finance systems
• Experience in multi-application enterprise environments
