Job Details

Responsibilities:
  • Support Project Managers in the planning and execution of projects from tender through substantial completion
  • Assist with budget tracking, schedule updates, and change order processing
  • Help coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants under the direction of the Project Manager
  • Attend site meetings, take minutes, and maintain accurate project documentation
  • Support compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements
  • Assist in maintaining client relationships through clear and timely communication
  • Help identify and escalate project risks to the Project Manager as needed

What We're Looking For:
  • 2-5 years of experience in construction project management or a related role
  • Exposure to managing or assisting on commercial or multi-unit construction projects
  • Basic understanding of construction methods, contracts, and project delivery
  • Familiarity with Procore, MS Project, or similar project management tools
  • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail
  • Degree or diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
