What We Need

Corpay is currently looking to hire an Enterprise Systems Business Analyst Intern. In this role, you'll gain hands-on experience supporting business operations and technology initiatives within a global organization. This internship is designed for undergraduate students who are interested in business analytics, enterprise systems, and data-driven decision making. You'll work closely with experienced business analysts, technical teams, and business users while learning how enterprise systems, cloud platforms, and analytics tools support real-world business processes.

As a Enterprise Systems Business Analyst Intern. you will be expected to work in a hybrid environment. Corpay will set you up for success by providing:

Role Responsibilities

The responsibilities of the role will include:
  • Participate in training and hands-on learning with Power BI, Power Automate, and

Power Apps to support reporting, automation, and business solutions
  • Learn how Azure services such as Data Lakes, Data Factory, and Synapse are used to store, move, and analyze enterprise data.
  • Assist with gathering, documenting, and analyzing business and functional requirements by working with business partners and IT teams.
  • Help create process maps, data flow diagrams, and basic solution designs to improve efficiency and system performance.
  • Serve as a support contact for U.S.-based users after international team hours, helping troubleshoot issues and escalate when needed.
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows through automation, analytics, and technology solutions.
  • Help prepare reports, presentations, and documentation to communicate findings, insights, and project updates to team members and leadership.

Qualifications
  • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in business Analytics, Information Systems, Business Administration, Data Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Strong interest in business analytics, enterprise systems, and technology
  • Clear written and verbal communication skills
  • Willingness to learn new tools and technologies
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, global team environment
  • Preferred (Nice to Have)
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or data visualization tools
  • Exposure to cloud computing concepts (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform)
  • Understanding of business processes or workflow analysis
  • Prior coursework, projects, or internships related to analytics or IT
