Network Engineer

• Provide technical and operational guidance for IP or Optical network deployments, ensuring projects are delivered on time and with quality.

• Facilitate technical discussions with cross‑functional teams to identify solutions, mitigate risks, and drive innovation.

• Build and execute deployment scopes, schedules, and resource plans.

• Define, track, and analyze KPIs (deployment speed, quality, efficiency, SLAs).

• Manage vendor and partner relationships, ensuring contractual obligations are met.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (data center engineers, network engineers, operations) for alignment and communication.

• Deliver clear reporting to senior management on program performance, risks, and opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• 10+ years of experience in IP or Optical network deployment and operations.

• Proven track record of delivering network infrastructure projects on time and with quality.

• Deep technical expertise in IP networking protocols, architectures, and technologies (routing, switching, MPLS, BGP, OSPF, optical transport).

• Strong program management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment, managing multiple projects and deadlines.

• Analytical and problem‑solving skills with experience in data‑driven decision making.
