SUMMARY
- The SAP SD & CRM Functional Consultant will be responsible for supporting and enhancing SAP Sales and Distribution (SD) and SAP CRM modules. This role involves working closely with business stakeholders to design, configure, and optimize sales and customer relationship management processes. The consultant will play a key role in delivering functional solutions, ensuring system efficiency, and supporting ongoing business operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide functional support for SAP SD (Sales & Distribution) and SAP CRM modules.
Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
Configure and optimize sales, order management, and customer management processes.
Support end-to-end order-to-cash (O2C) processes.
Collaborate with technical teams for enhancements, integrations, and issue resolution.
Perform system testing (unit testing, integration testing, UAT).
Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues and defects.
Maintain documentation for configurations, processes, and changes.
Support continuous improvement initiatives in sales and CRM processes.
REQUIREMENTS-
9 years of experience in SAP SD.
Strong functional experience in SAP CRM.
Hands-on experience in configuration and support of SAP SD and CRM modules.
Strong understanding of order-to-cash (O2C) business processes.
Experience in requirement gathering and functional design.
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve SAP functional issues.
Experience in testing and deployment activities.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
