Location: Wilmington, DE (Onsite)

JD:

Strong hands-on experience Snowflake technical lead with ETL & SAP in Snowflake development, including data ingestion, transformation, and performance optimization
Expertise in data modeling for cloud-based data warehouses, with a primary focus on Snowflake
Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools such as Redshift or similar data integration platforms
Experience in integrating SAP data sources (e.g., SAP HANA, SAP BW, or SAP SAC) into modern data platforms for analytics and reporting
Ability to design and build scalable data pipelines and end-to-end data workflows across SAP and non-SAP data sources
Experience working with large-scale cloud data platforms, with a strong focus on the Snowflake ecosystem
Proven technical leadership experience, including mentoring teams and driving best practices in development
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge business requirements and technical solutions across SAP and cloud analytics environments
