Role 1: Change Management Consultant

0. 8+ years of experience supporting change management, communications, readiness, or adoption for large enterprise technology, CRM, Salesforce, or customer-service transformations.
1. Ability to understand and explain the business impacts of Salesforce Energy & Utilities Cloud, OmniStudio and OmniScript, Clean Energy Module capabilities, integrations, data migration, and customer-process changes.
2. Experience with stakeholder analysis, change-impact assessment, communication planning, readiness, learning support, adoption measurement, and reinforcement.
3. Strong facilitation, presentation, writing, relationship-building, and conflict-resolution skills.

Role 2: Experience Design Business Analyst

• 4+ years of relevant enterprise delivery experience with the ability to independently own assigned scope and contribute to design and delivery decisions.
• Experience combining enterprise business analysis with customer experience, service design, or UX discovery.
• Strong knowledge of journey maps, service blueprints, personas, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and usability validation.
• Functional knowledge of Salesforce Energy & Utilities Cloud, OmniStudio and OmniScript, the Clean Energy Module, Service Cloud, and customer-service processes.
• Ability to translate qualitative research and complex utility processes into delivery-ready requirements and measurable outcomes.

Role 3: Salesforce BA

• 7+ years of Salesforce functional analysis or consulting experience, including ownership of a complex workstream or leadership of other analysts.
• Strong functional knowledge of Salesforce Energy & Utilities Cloud, Service Cloud, OmniStudio and OmniScript, and the Salesforce Clean Energy Module.
• Working knowledge of Sales Cloud, Data Cloud, Flow, security, integration, data migration, and testing dependencies.
• Experience documenting requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, business rules, data mappings, functional designs, and UAT scenarios.
