Summary

Role: Sr. ServiceNow Developer
Location: Remote (Must be located in Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New Hampshire, or Maine)
Interview: Virtual

Key Requirements:
• Strong ServiceNow Developer experience (Admin-only profiles won’t fit)
• Focus on Security Operations (SecOps) and Vulnerability Response (VR) modules preferred
• Deep CMDB expertise required; CMDB automation is a big plus
• Strong data handling: parsing, transformation maps, API-based imports
• Ability to improve and optimize an existing ServiceNow environment
• Infrastructure background preferred (understanding of network/security components)
• Experience with identity management, configurations, rules, workflows, scripted jobs
• Strong API integration experience is critical
• Experience with IRE and CI Class Manager preferred
• Goal: convert manual processes into automated ServiceNow workflows
• Strong communication skills required
