Our client, a leading organization in the industry sector, is seeking a Help Desk Level 1 - D to join their team. As a Help Desk Level 1 - D, you will be part of the Support Services team supporting the Office of Ethics & Compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-focused mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: 22/hr on w2
What\'s the Job?
\t- Analyze and resolve support requests related to Global Compliance systems \t
- Review support tickets and emails, triage issues, and determine root causes \t
- Provide Level 1 support by managing daily issues, system incidents, and troubleshooting errors \t
- Ensure compliance with corporate and divisional policies and procedures \t
- Assist with system testing, troubleshooting, and maintaining documentation
What\'s Needed?
\t- High School diploma or equivalent; Associate?s degree preferred \t
- 1-3 years of experience in a business systems support role \t
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills \t
- Strong computer skills and technical aptitude \t
- Customer-focused attitude and ability to work independently or as part of a team
