Role: Senior IT Project Manager – Supply Chain & Enterprise Planning
Location: San Jose, CA (Hybrid)

Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to lead enterprise Supply Chain Planning initiatives and drive the successful delivery of business-critical technology projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background managing Supply Chain Planning application implementations, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
The Project Manager will collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and leadership while managing project planning, execution, governance, risk mitigation, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation of Supply Chain Planning applications and related enterprise initiatives.
- Define project scope, timelines, resource plans, budgets, and deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, vendors, and technical resources to ensure successful project execution.
- Manage project governance, RAID logs, status reporting, and executive communications.
- Track project progress, manage risks and issues, and drive timely resolution of blockers.
- Facilitate project meetings, sprint planning, and stakeholder reviews.
- Ensure successful user acceptance testing (UAT), deployment, hypercare, and project closure.
- Maintain project documentation and ensure adherence to PMO standards and best practices.
- Work closely with business and IT teams to support process improvements and continuous delivery initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor''s degree in Information Technology, Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 7+ years of Project Management experience leading enterprise IT implementations.
- Proven experience implementing Supply Chain Planning applications.
- Hands-on experience with Jira and ServiceNow for project tracking, issue management, and workflow coordination.
- Strong understanding of Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and multiple concurrent projects.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Blue Yonder (JDA) Supply Chain Planning solutions.
- Experience with reporting and business intelligence tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, or similar reporting platforms.
- PMP, Scrum Master, Agile, or SAFe certification is a plus.
- Experience working with ERP integrations (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics 365, etc.) is desirable.
