NetSuite Techno-Functional Consultant – Contract– Onsite (Santa Clara, CA)
We are seeking a Senior NetSuite Techno-Functional Architect with deep expertise in NetSuite ERP, Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes. This role will lead enhancement and integration initiatives across NetSuite and multiple enterprise applications while partnering closely with business and technical stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have strong techno-functional experience, hands-on NetSuite administration knowledge, and the ability to analyze existing business processes, architect solutions, and support projects through design, build, testing, and production deployment.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze and enhance existing NetSuite configurations, workflows, scripts, and integrations.
- Lead solution design for NetSuite enhancements and process improvements.
- Support the full project lifecycle including requirements gathering, design, build, testing, deployment, and production transition.
- Work closely with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, and Order Management teams to define business requirements and recommend solutions.
- Design and support integrations between NetSuite and enterprise platforms.
- Review and troubleshoot existing customizations related to order processing, invoicing, fulfillment, and supply chain operations.
- Develop and oversee NetSuite customizations, workflows, and scripts as needed.
- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure successful integration and deployment activities.
Required Qualifications
- 8-10+ years of NetSuite experience in consulting, architecture, or techno-functional roles.
- Strong expertise in NetSuite ERP implementations and enhancements.
- Experience supporting Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.
- Experience supporting Supply Chain Management (SCM) and hardware product flows.
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite Administration.
- Proven experience working in integrated enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of NetSuite customizations, workflows, saved searches, and SuiteScript concepts.
- Ability to work directly with business stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience integrating NetSuite with Salesforce, ServiceNow, Snowflake, SAP Service Logistics, or similar enterprise applications.
- Experience with Dell Boomi or comparable integration platforms.
- Prior experience serving as a NetSuite Solution Architect or Lead Consultant.
- Experience supporting manufacturing, hardware, or supply chain-focused organizations.
- Familiarity with production deployment and release management processes.
Duration: 6 Months + extendable
