Job Details- Represent buyers, sellers, and developers across commercial, industrial, and residential development transactions
- Draft and negotiate complex acquisition, disposition, and financing documents
- Coordinate due diligence, including title and survey review
- Represent clients through acquisition, construction, and permanent financing closings
- Work directly with clients and government officials on compliance matters tied to development and property use
- Work alongside specialists in energy, environment, public lands, and renewable energy where business and government intersect
Looking For:
- Washington State Bar Admission
- Minimum 5 years of experience with a focus on commercial real estate transactions
- Strong background in acquisitions, dispositions, financing, and due diligence
- Proven experience with development, redevelopment, leasing, and collateralization matters
