Summary

Job Title: Senior SAP Cross-Functional Integration Lead (FICO, MM, SD, PP, BTP, CPI)

Location: Remote with Travel

Employment mode: Contract to hire

The Senior SAP Cross-Functional Integration Lead is a strategic specialist responsible for ensuring that various SAP modules (such as FI/CO, MM, SD, and PP) work together as a cohesive unit rather than as isolated silos. They act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, overseeing the end-to-end design and delivery of integrated business processes like Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P).

Job Summary and Requirements:

Role Purpose: Orchestrates the seamless flow of data and business processes across multiple SAP modules and external systems to prevent design gaps and operational silos.
Core Responsibilities:

Leads cross-functional workshops to gather requirements and define "As-Is" versus "To-Be" business processes.
Oversees the design of complex WRICEF objects (Workflows, Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, and Forms).
Manages critical project phases including System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and high-pressure cutover/go-live activities.

Qualifications: Requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field, though a Master's or is preferred.
Professional Experience: Minimum 8 - 12+ years of progressive SAP experience, including at least two full life cycle implementations and significant exposure to S/4HANA transformations.
Technical Skills: Deep expertise in configuring multiple modules (e.g., FICO, SD, MM) and proficiency with integration tools like SAP BTP, CPI (Cloud Platform Integration), and middleware such as PI/PO.
Soft Skills: Strong leadership and negotiation abilities are essential for managing global stakeholders, vendor relationships, and offshore delivery teams.
Strategic Expertise: Advanced knowledge of Clean Core principles and RISE with SAP readiness ensures that integrated solutions remain scalable and minimize technical deb
