Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Adobe Analytics Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business stakeholders and analytics implementation teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Adobe Analytics, digital data analysis, customer journey analytics, and requirements gathering
Key Responsibilities
Business Analysis & Stakeholder Management
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand Analytics, Reporting, and KPI requirements.
- Gather, Analyze, and Document business requirements for Adobe Analytics implementations and enhancements.
- Act as a liaison between Business Teams and Technical Teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and requirement-gathering sessions.
- Translate business objectives into measurable KPIs and analytics use cases.
Adobe Analytics & Digital Measurement
- Define tracking requirements and measurement strategies for web and mobile applications.
- Create and maintain business requirement documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and tracking documentation.
- Work with implementation teams to ensure accurate deployment of Adobe Analytics solutions.
- Validate analytics implementations and ensure data quality and accuracy.
- Support the design of dashboards, reports, and performance metrics.
Reporting & Insights
- Analyze digital data and provide actionable insights to business stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain recurring and ad hoc reports.
- Identify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization across digital channels.
- Support A/B testing, personalization, and customer experience initiatives through analytics insights.
- Present findings and recommendations to leadership and business teams.
Customer Journey & Digital Experience Analytics
- Analyze customer behavior across digital touchpoints.
- Develop measurement frameworks for customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion.
- Monitor digital performance metrics and identify improvement opportunities.
- Support customer journey mapping and experience optimization initiatives.
Data Governance & Quality Assurance
- Ensure consistency and accuracy of analytics data.
- Perform data validation and troubleshooting activities.
- Maintain analytics documentation and governance standards.
- Support compliance with organizational data privacy and governance policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Skills
- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in digital analytics environments.
- Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Analytics.
- Experience gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
- Strong understanding of digital analytics, customer journey analytics, and web measurement frameworks.
- Experience creating dashboards and reports using analytics and visualization tools.
- Strong knowledge of KPIs, conversion funnels, attribution models, and digital performance metrics.
- Experience working with web and mobile analytics implementations.
- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and validation.
- Understanding of Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Adobe Launch (Tags) and Adobe Experience Platform.
- Knowledge of Retail, eCommerce, Customer Experience, or Omnichannel Analytics.
- Experience with A/B testing and optimization platforms.
- Familiarity with Data Visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum project methodologies.
- Adobe Analytics certifications are highly preferred.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
- Master's degree is a plus.
