RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client in NYC that is seeking a Mid Level AForma Administrator/Project Support.
Highlights:
* Heavy upfront lift to support AForma (Autodesk ACC) rollout
* Need to offload admin, permissions, onboarding, and support work
* Enable scale, adoption, and consistent operations across regions
Duties:
* Manage user access, onboarding/offboarding, and permissions
* Support project setup, folder structure, and governance
* Handle high-volume user requests (access, navigation, issues)
* Maintain templates, trackers, and reporting
* Run weekly reporting (usage, issues, trends)
* Support training and adoption (train-the-trainer model)
* Maintain project trackers, action logs, and deliverables
* Convert notes into SOPs, decks, reports
Success in First 90 Days:
* Independently manage access and onboarding workflows
* Reduce backlog of access requests and support tickets
* Establish clean, consistent templates and trackers
* Deliver accurate weekly reporting and insights
* Become a trusted -go-to- system support resource
REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience with document management systems (EDMS)
* Strong admin/support experience (access, permissions, onboarding)
* Excel experience (trackers, reporting) + PowerPoint (deck formatting)
* Experience supporting project coordination/PMO activities
* High-volume support environment experience
* Strong communication and user support skills
* Must be highly detail-oriented and organized
* Must be comfortable handling high request volume
* Ability to work across time zones (some EMEA/APAC overlap)
* 40-hour workweek with potential schedule flexibility
Nice to have:
* Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)/AForma
* Procore, SharePoint, or similar platforms
* Construction, data center, or engineering exposure
* Experience supporting global rollouts
* Training/enablement experience
Tools/Tech/Environment:
* Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC/AForma)
* EDMS systems (Windchill, Procore, SharePoint, etc.)
* Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
* Collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint)
* Ticketing workflows (not tool-specific)
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
