Overview

Overview:We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Remote Business Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will analyze business needs, identify solutions, and collaborate with stakeholders to improve processes and systems all from a remote setting.

Responsibilities:

Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.

Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and insights.

Develop detailed business process models and workflows.

Collaborate with technical teams to design and implement solutions.

Conduct feasibility studies and cost-benefit analyses.

Facilitate communication between business units and IT teams.

Monitor project progress and provide regular updates.

Support testing and validation of new solutions.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a remote environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficiency in business analysis tools and software (e.g., JIRA, Visio).
