We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our platform support and development team. This role will support the growing demand for enhanced platform capabilities across applications such as Customer Service Management (CSM), IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), IT Asset Management (ITAM), IT Business Management (ITBM), Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), and ServiceNow Communities.

The ideal candidate will act as a key technical resource, responsible for the configuration, development, maintenance, and support of ServiceNow implementations, while collaborating with stakeholders to deliver enterprise-level solutions aligned with ITIL best practices.

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 8 years of experience in full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Strong proficiency in JavaScript and modern development practices
Hands-on development experience outside of the ServiceNow platform
Experience developing APIs using scripting techniques
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow client and server-side APIs (e.g., Glide, AJAX, date/time utilities)
Experience with Service Portal, AngularJS, IntegrationHub, and mobile development
At least one of the following certifications (or equivalent experience):
ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
OR minimum 4 years of experience as a primary ServiceNow Administrator

Preferred Qualifications

Expertise in ServiceNow configuration, scripting, and integrations (REST, SOAP)
Experience with data modeling, forms, record producers, workflows, and security/access controls
Familiarity with Performance Analytics, Machine Learning, and Orchestration
Experience with NOW Platform and custom application development
ServiceNow Certified Application Specialist (CAS) or equivalent experience
