Location: New Brunswick NJ-Hybrid role

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and support Travel & Expense (T&E) initiatives, including system implementations, process improvements, and global rollouts. This role will partner closely with Finance, Procurement, HR, IT, and Travel teams to enhance expense management processes, ensure policy compliance, and drive operational efficiency.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience managing T&E platforms such as SAP Concur, Coupa, Workday, or similar expense management systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead end-to-end Travel & Expense system implementations or enhancements
  • Manage project scope, timelines, risks, budget, and stakeholder communication
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across Finance, IT, Procurement, and Travel operations
  • Drive global or regional T&E rollouts
  • Facilitate requirements gathering and translate business needs into functional specifications
  • Oversee system configuration, integrations, testing (UAT), and deployment
  • Develop governance processes and reporting dashboards
  • Ensure alignment with corporate travel and expense policies
  • Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization
  • Provide executive-level status reporting and steering committee updates

Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
  • 5+ years of project management experience
  • 3+ years managing Travel & Expense or Expense Management programs
  • Experience implementing or supporting T&E platforms (e.g., SAP Concur, Coupa, Workday, Oracle iExpense)
  • Strong knowledge of corporate travel policies and expense compliance
  • Experience working in cross-functional, matrixed environments
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
  • PMP or other Project Management certification
  • Experience with global T&E deployments
  • ERP integration experience (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.)
  • Experience in Finance transformation initiatives
  • Familiarity with audit controls and SOX compliance
