Azure devops engineer

CI/CD & DevOps Engineering
• Design and implement scalable CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps
• Automate build, test, deployment, and release processes
• Implement branching strategies and DevOps best practices
• Enable blue/green and canary deployment models

Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
• Develop and manage infrastructure using:
• Terraform (preferred)
• ARM templates / Bicep
• Implement automated provisioning of Azure environments
• Maintain environment consistency across Dev, QA, UAT, and Production

Cloud & Containerization
• Manage and optimize workloads on:
• Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
• Azure App Services
• Azure Container Registry
• Implement container orchestration and lifecycle management
• Optimize cloud performance and cost (FinOps awareness preferred)

Security & Compliance (Critical for Hollister)
• Integrate security scanning tools (SAST, DAST, container scanning)
• Implement DevSecOps practices across pipelines
• Support compliance with:
• GxP
• FDA 21 CFR Part 11
• ISO 13485 (preferred)
• Enable audit logging, traceability, and change control processes
• Work with security and compliance teams to embed governance into DevOps workflows

Monitoring & Observability
• Implement monitoring using:
• Azure Monitor
• Application Insights
• Log Analytics
• Set up alerting and automated remediation workflows
• Improve reliability and uptime through observability best practices

Collaboration
• Work closely with:
• Cloud Architecture teams
• Security teams
• Application Development teams
• Digital Twin / AI modernization initiatives
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and DevOps transformation initiatives


Required Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience in DevOps engineering
• 3+ years hands-on experience with Azure DevOps
• Strong experience with:
• Azure Cloud (IaaS, PaaS)
• AKS (Azure Kubernetes Service)
• Terraform or equivalent IaC tools
• Git branching strategies
• Experience implementing DevSecOps pipelines
• Strong scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash, Python)
• Experience working in regulated environments (Healthcare, Pharma, Medical Devices preferred)
