Job Description End-to-End (E2E) Tester
Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled End-to-End (E2E) Tester with strong ServiceNow testing experience to validate complex business processes spanning multiple enterprise systems and integrations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience testing end-to-end workflows across ServiceNow, APIs, web applications, databases, middleware, and third-party enterprise platforms.
This role requires a quality-focused professional who can independently design, execute, and automate test scenarios while collaborating closely with Product Owners, Developers, Business Analysts, and Integration Teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and execute comprehensive End-to-End test scenarios across ServiceNow and integrated enterprise applications.
- Validate business workflows involving ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, HRSD, SPM, CMDB, and custom applications.
- Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and user acceptance testing.
- Test complex integrations between ServiceNow and external systems including Salesforce, SAP, Workday, Oracle, Jira, Azure, and custom APIs.
- Validate data consistency across UI, APIs, middleware, and backend databases.
- Develop and maintain automated test suites using modern automation frameworks.
- Perform API testing using Postman, REST Assured, Swagger, or similar tools.
- Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
- Support release validation, production deployments, and post-release testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Software Quality Assurance and End-to-End Testing.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience testing ServiceNow applications and workflows.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and integrations.
- Experience testing across multiple enterprise systems and applications.
- Hands-on experience with:
- ServiceNow (ITSM, CSM, HRSD, CMDB, SPM preferred)
- API Testing (REST/SOAP)
- SQL and Data Validation
- Integration Testing
- Regression Testing
- Agile/Scrum Methodologies
- Experience with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or equivalent.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or ServiceNow Testing experience.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform).
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Experience working in large enterprise environments with multiple integrated platforms.
