As a Test Program Manager, you will lead the planning, integration, and execution of system-level test and verification activities across development, integration, and tran sit ion to operations. You will ensure that the United States Nuclear Detonation Detection System ( USNDS ) ground segment meet performance, reliability, cybersecurity, and operational readiness requirements prior to operational acceptance and sustainment.
You will work across government, FFRDC, and contractor teams to define and execute test strategies aligned with DoD acqui sit ion milestones. Your leadership will ensure disciplined verification and validation ( V & V ) , integrated test planning, operational readiness certification , and smooth tran sit ion into sustained operations.
Your client will rely on you to coordinate with the contractor testing team to manage integrated test plans, coordinate developmental and operational test activities, manage risk and defect resolution, and provide data-driven assessments of system readiness. You will chair test working groups, support major program reviews, such as Test Readiness Reviews and System Verification Reviews, and ensure t race ability between requirements, verification met hods, and operational outcomes. You will also e nga ge directly with operators and warfighters to ensure test scenarios reflect real-world mission use and operational constraints.

You Have: - 6+ years of experience supporting large-scale national security space missions in systems engineering, integration, or test
- 5+ years of experience leading or supporting system-level test programs for DoD space or ground sof tware systems
- Experience developing and executing integrated test strategies across developmental test ( DT ) , integration test, system test, and operational test ( OT )
- Experience with verification and validation ( V & V ) , requirements t race ability, test readiness reviews, and operational readiness reviews
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, cybersecurity, operations, and sustainment
- Experience supporting DoD acqui sit ion programs and milestone reviews
- Knowledge of systems engineering life-cycle processes, including requirements development, integration, verification, validation, and configuration management
- Ability to communicate clearly and provide senior leadership with objective readiness assessments and risk insights
- Secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM field
Nice If You Have: - Experience leading agile sof tware programs or test campaigns for agile sof tware programs
- Experience supporting ground segment integration tests
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
- Experience with test automation, modeling and simulation, or digital engineering environments
- TS / SCI clearance
- Master's degree in a STEM- related field

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
