Mandatory Skills & Experience
- Lead and manage teams in an Onsite Offshore model.
- Ensure adherence to QA processes and best practices.
- Leverage AI for automation in testing workflows is Must
- Perform database testing with strong expertise in ETL concepts and ETL testing.
- Work extensively on end-to-end flows within retail domain marketing systems
- Strong QA process knowledge.
- Hands-on experience with database testing and ETL testing.
- Recent project experience with retail clients (back-end systems).
- Deep understanding of retail domain marketing systems and end-to-end flows.
Review requirements and prepare the Test Plan
Develop and execute ETL test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate the
accuracy and integrity of data throughout the ETL process
Verify data mappings, transformations, and data loading processes to ensure they
meet business requirements
Should have various types of ETL testing experiences include Metadata Testing, Data
Completeness Testing, Data Accuracy Testing, Data Transformation Testing, Data
Quality Testing, Initial/Incremental load testing
Validates data by running queries in the database and verifying that the results match
the expectations
Perform data reconciliations between source and target systems
Demonstrate strong knowledge of dimensional modelling and data warehouse
concepts, including star schemas, snowflakes, dimensions, and facts
Collaborate with data architects and development team / engineers to design and
implement efficient data structures to ensure the quality of testing by providing data
validation expertise
