Healthcare Product Lead

As a Product Lead you'll define product strategy, roadmap, and execution for data-driven solutions across Finance, Sales, or Operations. The role partners with business, engineering, and data teams to turn data into insights, improve decision-making, and deliver measurable business value.

Location: Remote

Tentative Duration: 6 - 12 months +

Duties:

• Own product strategy, roadmap, and delivery.
• Work with business stakeholders, data teams, and engineering teams to prioritize and execute initiatives.
• Translate business needs into clear product requirements.
• Drive adoption of data-driven decision-making and business improvements.
• Communicate product vision and progress to leadership.

Required:

• 5+ years of Product Management, Technical Product Management, Platform Product Management, or related experience.
• Experience working closely with software engineering teams to deliver technical products.
• Strong understanding of:
  • APIs and system integrations
  • Cloud platforms
  • Distributed systems and modern software architecture
• Ability to convert technical concepts into business-friendly requirements and roadmaps.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

  • Data Visualization
• Ability to analyze large datasets and generate business insights.
• Understanding data ecosystems, business intelligence, and data modeling.
• Familiarity with SQL.
• Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
• Knowledge of data warehousing and cloud-based analytics platforms.

Preferred:

• Exposure to AI/ML and predictive analytics.
