Job Summary: Client is seeking an experienced Oracle ORC (Oracle Recruiting Cloud) Functional Consultant to support ongoing Oracle HCM Cloud initiatives. The consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, enhancing, and supporting Oracle Recruiting Cloud modules while collaborating with business stakeholders, HR teams, and technical teams. The ideal candidate will possess strong hands-on experience in Oracle ORC implementations and support projects, along with expertise in business process analysis, requirement gathering, and stakeholder communication.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) implementation, enhancement, and support activities.
- Gather and analyze business requirements from HR and Talent Acquisition stakeholders.
- Configure Oracle ORC modules, including:
- Job Requisitions
- Candidate Experience
- Career Sites
- Recruiting Workflows
- Offers
- Approval Rules
- Interview Scheduling
- Collaborate with business users to design and optimize recruiting processes.
- Configure security roles, approval workflows, and recruiting lifecycle processes.
- Coordinate with technical and integration teams for inbound and outbound integrations.
- Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
- Prepare functional design documents, configuration documents, and training materials.
- Participate in client meetings and provide regular project status updates.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience with Oracle HCM Cloud.
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).
- Strong functional knowledge of Oracle HCM modules.
- Experience supporting Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and production support projects.
- Strong understanding of recruiting and talent acquisition business processes.
- Experience with requirement gathering, gap analysis, and solution design.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience collaborating with offshore and onshore teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oracle HCM Cloud certification preferred.
- Healthcare industry experience is a plus.
- Experience with integrations involving ORC and third-party recruiting tools preferred.
- Exposure to HDL, HCM Extracts, BI Reports, and Fast Formulas is an added advantage.
Additional Information:
- Candidate should be comfortable working in Central or PST business hours.
- Strong client-facing communication skills are required.
- Healthcare domain experience will be considered an added advantage.
