About the Role:
We are seeking a Contact Center Solutions Engineer with hands-on expertise in Cisco Webex Contact Center. You'll be the technical backbone of our customer experience infrastructure - building, optimizing, and maintaining scalable voice solutions that power agent productivity and seamless customer interactions.
If you enjoy solving complex routing issues, fine-tuning call flows, and integrating contact center platforms with enterprise systems like CRM and WFM, this role is for you!
