Job Description


We are seeking a Lead Agilist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Scrum, Agile coaching, and facilitation and a proven ability to build high-performing teams, remove impediments, and enable delivery of business value.


Responsibilities:



  • Coach Agile Squads on Scrum values, principles, and practices while modeling servant leadership.

  • Facilitate Scrum events and ensure teams realize value from Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, Retrospective, and Backlog Refinement.

  • Mentor Product Owners and Development Teams on effective backlog management, clarity of outcomes, and success criteria.

  • Foster self-organization, continuous improvement, cross-functionality, and constructive conflict resolution.


Required Skills & Qualifications:



  • Proficiency in Scrum and Agile practices, including facilitation, mentoring, and coaching.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using empirical data and feedback loops.

  • Effective communication and collaboration abilities across multiple organizational levels.

  • 5+ years of full-time business experience and 3+ years of Scrum experience.


Preferred Skills:



  • Working knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, testing frameworks, TDD, and automation practices.

  • Familiarity with Kanban, Scrumban, XP, and Mob Programming, and experience improving team dynamics.
