Job Description:
Need 9+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce BA
Assist in Salesforce system configuration, such as setting up custom fields, page layouts, reports, dashboards, and workflows
The team leverages multiple technologies including Azure cloud to deliver these new innovative solutions.
Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Lightning Components. Understanding of Salesforce data model and security model.
Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies, trends, and best practices, and continuously enhance expertise in implementation strategies.
In-depth understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, data model, and security model.
Salesforce certifications Proficiency in customizing Salesforce objects, layouts, and flows. Ability to create custom validation rules, triggers, and
Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, ensuring stakeholder expectations are managed appropriately.
Understanding of Leads and Opportunities, sales and quoting processes, Case and Knowledge Management, Experience, Field Service.
Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Salesforce BSA Preferred Certifications and Commitments: Salesforce Admin , Business Analyst or Consultant Certification. Preferred to have certification associated with any business process such as Sales Cloud, Marketing, Services, CPQ Or Experience clous.
