Job Description:

• Need 9+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce BA
• Assist in Salesforce system configuration, such as setting up custom fields, page layouts, reports, dashboards, and workflows
• The team leverages multiple technologies including Azure cloud to deliver these new innovative solutions.
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Lightning Components. Understanding of Salesforce data model and security model.
• Stay updated with the latest Salesforce technologies, trends, and best practices, and continuously enhance expertise in implementation strategies.
• In-depth understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, data model, and security model.
• Salesforce certifications Proficiency in customizing Salesforce objects, layouts, and flows. Ability to create custom validation rules, triggers, and
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, ensuring stakeholder expectations are managed appropriately.
• Understanding of Leads and Opportunities, sales and quoting processes, Case and Knowledge Management, Experience, Field Service.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Salesforce BSA Preferred Certifications and Commitments: Salesforce Admin , Business Analyst or Consultant Certification. Preferred to have certification associated with any business process such as Sales Cloud, Marketing, Services, CPQ Or Experience clous.
